RULES OF PLAY
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES
Players are only allowed one (1) entry into the Drew Brees Experience Contest. Once a player has entered one (1) entry into the contest, they are no longer allowed to enter any more.
We process settlements and initiate payment as soon as a contest is official and the final box scores are posted. In rare instances there can be a delay in receiving the box scores from our 3rd party provider STATS, LLC which will delay payment.
In the event of a tie in a contest with a cash prize, we will combine the prizes for the tied positions and distribute the prize evenly between all the winners (for example, if 3 people tied for 1st, we would combine the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes and split the total evenly between the 3 winners). Ties in contests with a non-cash prize or a ticket to the next round of a tournament will be determined by that contest entrant that has the highest individual point-earner in their lineup. Should the contest still be tied, the next highest individual point-earner will be used and so on until the winner is determined. Should the contest still be tied (for example, the tied entrants used the same lineup) then the winner will be that entry that was entered first.
Except as otherwise stated in or modified by these Contest Rules, the Contest shall be governed by the FantasyDraft contest rules located here:

Event dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of FantasyDraft, and may be subject to change. Winner’s companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions. As used herein, a “Force Majeure” event shall mean the interruption of or material interference with FantasyDraft’s ability to grant to the winners the Prize by any cause or occurrence not within FantasyDraft’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, hurricane, terrorist threat or activity, act of God, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, or order of any court.
